Four night minimum stay For Monthly or Long-Term rentals contact us for special rates and arrangements. Rental rates are in USD and include all taxes. We accept American Express, Cashiers/Registered check or money order. We have No Smoking, No Pets policy. A 50% deposit is required to confirm reservation with the balance due 14 days prior to occupancy. A refundable $ 200 security deposit is required 14 days prior to occupancy. |
| Cancellation Policy If reservation is canceled 30 days or more prior to planned arrival date, half of deposit is refundable. No refund if canceled within 30 days of planned arrival date. However the deposit can be used to secure a reservation at a later date without penalty. No-shows are non-refundable. Check-In / Check-Out Generally check-in is 1pm and check-out is 11am. Please contact us to make special arrangements. See rental agreement for further details.  |
